1. Where is TYHRY based?

2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. Urgent Shipping usually takes 3–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.
4. How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is generally $5.99, and free shipping may be available on qualifying orders over $69.99. Urgent Shipping is generally $9.99 for selected destinations. Final shipping fees and available methods are shown at checkout and shall prevail.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, TYHRY ships to multiple international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the country or region. Please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate delivery options.
6. How can I track my order?

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at service@tyhry.com as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

9. What is your return policy?
Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.
10. Are all items returnable?
No. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to final sale items, clearance items, personal care products, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging where required.
11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at service@tyhry.com as soon as possible and include your order number together with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
