At TYHRY, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund terms below before submitting a request.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Return requests must generally be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date, as applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. TYHRY reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or incomplete packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
final sale or clearance items;
personal care, beauty, or hygiene-related products;
worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused by TYHRY;
items returned without original tags or packaging where required.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at service@tyhry.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed correctly.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TYHRY is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or unless the return results from an error on our part.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been reviewed, although the time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at service@tyhry.com as soon as possible after delivery. To help us review the issue efficiently, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable.
Where the issue is confirmed, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
TYHRY does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please request a return for the original item, subject to eligibility, and place a new order separately for the preferred item.
8. Late or Ineligible Returns
Returns requested or shipped outside the applicable return window may not be accepted. Items that do not comply with this policy may be rejected and, where applicable, returned to the customer. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances affecting your return, please contact our support team for assistance before sending the item back.
